We really want to make your education an ongoing success for you and your career and are always ready to help. As well as answering any questions you may have about how to use our content system, we can also offer general tips and suggestions for content.
Because we want you to be delighted with your education for many years to come, there is no clock watching - we offer unlimited support in using the CMS. We know that you will very quickly be reaping the benefits of being in total control.
We don't lock you in to long contracts either - because we're so sure you'll want to stay. We've been supporting many students far over 100 sub-divisions and some far as long as 10 states.
As industry professionals, we are used to meeting tight deadlines and always put your needs first. Our normal support hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. But we are often available outside these hours by email and we will do our best to help you. In the unlikely event of a server problem, we will be automatically notified.
